Public Notice Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at 6:30 PM in the Kanab City Council Chambers located in the Kanab City Complex at 26 N. 100 E. Kanab Utah; the Kanab City Council will hold a public hearing to discuss and recommend possible amendments to the Kanab City Land Use Ordinance and General Ordinances: Land Use Ordinance, Chapter 17 - Single Family Residential Zones amendment is to discuss, approve or deny a possible change to the land use table. Land Use Ordinance, Chapter 19 - Manufactured Homes - KCR Zone amendment is to discuss, approve or deny a possible change to the land use table. General Ordinances, Section 13 - Police and Public Offenses amendment is to discuss, approve or deny requirements for allowing dog boarding in Single Family zones and the Manufactured Home - KCR zone. General Ordinances, Section 9 - Business Licenses and Regulations amendment is to discuss, approve or deny requirements for Special Event Permits. At the time and place set forth above, all interested persons may appear and will be given an opportunity to be heard.
