Description/Agenda: Public Notice Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, October 7, 2025 at 6:30 PM in the Kanab City Council Chambers located in the Kanab City Complex at 26 N. 100 E. Kanab Utah; the Kanab City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing for a zone change application on Parcels K-45-9 from R-1-8 [Single Residential Zone] to RM [Residential Multi-Family]. Parcel is located approximately at 322 East 200 South in Kanab City. At the time and place set forth above, all interested persons may appear and will be given an opportunity to be heard.
