- PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, October 8th, 2025, beginning at 6:00 p.m. on the following project: - General Plan Amendment: Review and recommendation for approval of an amendment to the South Meadows Specific Plan, to increase land use densities on the western side of the planning area. The vicinity map below identifies the areas that will be affected by the plan amendment. The meeting will be held at the Payson City Center located at 439 W Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah and electronically via Zoom Conferencing.
