- East Carbon Planning & Zoning Committee will hold a public hearing on October 15, 2025. The purpose of the public hearing will be to receive public comment on the proposed annexation for Panamint Capital (Sunnyside Co-Gen Facility). The public hearing will be held at the East Carbon City Hall, 101 West Geneva Drive, East Carbon Utah at 6:30 P.M.
