- Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY COUNCIL shall conduct a public hearing as part of its scheduled meeting on Tuesday, October 7, 2025 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said public hearings shall begin at 6:10 p.m. The Council shall receive public input, then consider for possible adoption of resolution 2025-10 canceling a portion of the Municipal Election of Wellsville City for the 2 City Council positions.
