- Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that The City of Saratoga Springs Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing Thursday October 9, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 1307 N. Commerce Dr., Suite 200, Saratoga Springs UT 84045, on the following: 1. Stout Development Rezone from RA-5 to R1-10, General Plan Amendment from Rural Residential to Low Density Residential, and Concept Plan review, located at 1000 West Fairfield Road. Megan Spencer as applicant. Comments & questions may be directed to the Planning Dept. 801-766-9793. Comments may also be submitted to comments@saratogasprings-ut.gov. Copies of the proposed Land Use applications are available for public inspection online at www.saratogasprings-ut.gov/pendingapps. Posted: September 25, 2025
