NOTICE OF WILLARD CITY COUNCIL PUBLIIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Willard City Council will hold, in the City Council Chambers at 80 west 50 South in Willard, a public hearing to receive public comments regarding Ordinance 2025-17 establishing water and sewer rate increases for Willard
City beginning January 1, 2026. A public hearing, starting at approximately 6:35 p.m. will be held in conjunction with the Willard City Council Meeting, which starts at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 9, 2025. After the public hearing, the proposed Ordinance may be adopted, with or without changes, at the same meeting. All interested persons will be given the opportunity to be heard. Written concerns are welcome and shall be given the opportunity to be heard. A copy of the proposed Ordinance is available for public review in the office of the City Recorder located at 80 West 50 South in Willard.
