- PUBLIC NOTICE Preliminary Subdivision Plat Notice is hereby given that the Kamas City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, October 7, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments regarding the preliminary condominium plat request for the Mirror Lake Business Park, a 30 unit subdivision located at approximately 100 W 200 N. The meeting will be held at the Kamas City Hall, 170 N. Main, Kamas. Public comments are welcome and can be made in person or submitted via email to info@kamascityut.gov. The hearing will also be streamed live on the Kamas City YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCfvdAe2TE8PKHFJcPRpMMzA.
