Notice of Public Hearings
The Planning Commission and City Council will hold public hearings on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at 6:00 pm and Tuesday, October 21, 2025 at 6:00 pm.
Preliminary Plat:
River Meadows Townhomes Amended Preliminary Plat & Amended Development Agreement
Public hearings will be held with the Planning Commission and City Council on a proposal to construct 174 townhomes as a part of an amended Preliminary Plat for a Master Planned Development with an associated Development Agreement.
Zone Change & Preliminary Plat:
6th East Townhomes Zone Change & Preliminary Plat
Public hearings will be held with the Planning Commission and City Council for a request to change the zoning of a property to amend the previous application of the Infill Overlay Zone to a property to accommodate the construction of four townhomes units at 590 East Center Street.
Zone Change:
Reception Center Zone Change
Public hearings will be held with the Planning Commission and City Council for a request to change the zoning of a property from R-1-6 to C-O at 710 East Center Street.
Title 15 Amendments:
Title 15 Adding Event Center to the C-O Zone
Public hearings will be held with the Planning Commission and City Council on a proposal to amend the city's code to add Event Centers as an allowable use in the C-O zone.
Title 15 I-1 Cannabis Processing Facility
Public hearings will be held with the Planning Commission and City Council on a proposal to amend the city's code to add Cannabis Processing Facility as a Use Subject to Conditions in the I-1 Light Industrial zone.
Title 15 Boundary Adjustments
Public hearings will be held with the Planning Commission and City Council to amend the City's Municipal Code regarding Boundary Adjustments.
These hearings will be held in the Council Chambers at 80 South Main Street, Second Floor, Spanish Fork.
