- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Syracuse Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing Tuesday, October 7, 2025 at 6 pm in the Council Chambers of City Hall - 1979 West 1900 South, to discuss the following matters: General Plan Text Amendment - Water Use and Preservation Element: Proposed third amendment to the Syracuse General Plan in accordance with S.B. 110 Water as Part of General Plan and S.B. 76 Water Amendments.
