- Public Hearing Notice for Rezone Notice is hereby given that South Weber will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission to receive public comments on the Peek Rezone request. The request involves rezoning approximately 37.01 acres to align with the South Weber City General Plan Map, designating the areas as R-Low, R-Moderate, and R-Patio. The property is located at approximately 898 E. 7240 S, applicant Korey Kap. The hearing will be held in the Council Chambers at South Weber City Hall, 1600 E South Weber Drive, on October 9, 2025, at 6pm. The public is invited to attend in person or watch the proceedings www.YouTube.com/c/southwebercityut.
