CANCELLATION OF SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT
ELECTION NOTICE
Cedarview-Montwell Special Service District (CMSSD) board hereby notifies all registered voters/residents of CMSSD that the 2025 Special Service District Election has been cancelled pursuant to ยง20A-1-206 of the Utah Code due to the number of candidates not exceeding the number of open positions.
The CMSSD board of trustees will pass Resolution 25-1 on October 15, 2025, at the board meeting held once a month, to cancel the 2025 Special Service District Election and hereby certifies that:
1. There are no district ballot propositions for the local election;
2. Each district candidate is unopposed;
3. Each district candidate is considered to be elected to office;
4. The Resolution is passed more than 20 days before the day of the scheduled election.
I, Aaron Bradshaw, the duly appointed and acting District Clerk for the CMSSD, hereby certify that copies of the foregoing Cancellation of the Special Service District Election Notice were posted on the district website at eastduchesnewater.gov, Utah Public Notice Website and at five public places within the district boundaries the 25th day of September 2025.
