Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING In accordance with Utah Code Title 17C, Chapter 1, Part 8, the Utah County Community Reinvestment Agency will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 29th, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at the Utah County Administration Building, 100 East Center Street, Room 1400, Provo, Utah, to consider adopting the official Quicksilver solar project area plan and budget. After the public hearing the Utah County Community Reinvestment Agency may adopt the official Quicksilver solar project area plan and budget.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): NOTICE OF SPECIAL ACCOMMODATION DURING PUBLIC MEETINGS - In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Jolynn Clegg at 801-851-8113. Handicap parking is available as well as a level entrance to the building. Interpretation services are available with prior notice for the hearing disabled.
