- Syracuse City Arts Council Meeting Agenda October 1st, 2025 1.Opening Business - Call to Order Meeting begins at 8pm in the Syracuse City Municipal Building's large conference room located at 1979 West 1900 South. - Adoption of Agenda for Oct 1, 2025 - Review and Adoption of Sept 3, 2025 Minutes - Approve Budget Expenditures since Sept 3, 2025 2. Public Comment-This is an opportunity to address the Council regarding concerns or ideas. Please limit comments to three minutes. 3.2025-2026 SCAC Upcoming Season Events Orchestra: Concerts on October 20 and December 1 Jazz Band: Pumpkin Walle Performances on October 23-25, Christmas Concert on December 1st Jr.Theatre: The Lion King Jr., Nov.6-8, 2025 Theatre: The Wizard of Oz, July 2026 Fundraisers: TBD Other: 1.2026 Season Budget Discussion and Vote 2.
