Board member(s)
a. In our Bylaws Article II 'Membership of the Wayne County Tourism
Advisory Board' 2.06 it reads Vacancies on the Board shall be filled by
recommendations from the Board to the Wayne County Commission for
approval.
b. We need a representative to replace Kathryn following her resignation
c. Michael James replacement? Commissioners decision. He hasn't
attended any meetings since he was appointed.
d. In Heads of Departments meeting I relayed the information of Kathryn
resigning and Michael not attending. Dennis said they would work on
getting us board members.
2026 Budget
a. Work with Felicia to put together a proposed budget
b. Finalize 2026 Budget to submit to commissioners by October 1 st .
