Description/Agenda: PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Syracuse City Council will meet Tuesday, October 14, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. via Zoom Meeting, https://us02web.zoom.us/j/81072609113, and in person in the Council Chambers of Syracuse City Hall, located at 1979 W. 1900 S., and will, during that meeting, conduct a public hearing to consider an ordinance approving the sale of real property located at 3000 West and Antelope Drive to Hawkins Development, LLC, and authorizing the Mayor to sign closing documents. Copies of the Proposed Ordinance are available for inspection in the office of the Syracuse City Recorder. The public is invited to attend the public hearing during the time listed and those interested in making comments regarding the adoption of the proposed documents will be given time to be heard. In compliance with the American Disabilities Act, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids and services for this meeting should contact the City offices at 825-1477 at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting.
