NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
The Eagle Mountain City Council will hold public hearings on October 7, 2025, at 7:00 PM or as soon thereafter as business allows, in the Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers, 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, Utah 84005. The City Council will receive public comments concerning the following items:
Land Disposal Application - Heath & Sheree Harper:
In accordance with EMMC 3.30, the Eagle Mountain City Council will hold a public hearing to consider the Land Disposal Application request from Heath and Sheree Harper to dispose of approximately 0.02 acres of real public property, identified as a portion of Utah County Parcel Nos 34:532:0117 and 34-456-0067 located in the Autumn Ridge Subdivision. The City has not yet designated this parcel as 'Significant' or 'Insignificant' Real Property, but will complete that review prior to the meeting. Plat Amendment - Rush Creek Industrial Phase A Plat 1B:
A plat amendment affecting two parcels 51:756:0102 and 51:756:0111 in Rush Creek Industrial Phase A, Plat 1, at 657 East Split Rock Drive and 656 East Split Rock Drive by dividing the two lots to create two additional lots. Eagle Mountain Municipal Code Amendment, Chapter 17.72 Architectural Standards: An ordinance amending Chapter 17.72, Zoning, regarding commercial and multi-family design regulations to include but not limited to, site plan, architecture, parking, and acceptable building material standards. Budget Amendment: Amendment #1 to the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Budget: The proposed budget amendment includes changes to the General Fund, Capital Project Fund, Special Revenue Funds, Internal Service Funds, and Enterprise Funds. Consolidated Fee Schedule Amendments: A resolution amending the Eagle Mountain Consolidated Fee Schedule to increase and enact fines in Section 9. Ordinance Enforcement Fines. EMC Staff Point of Contact: Community Development Director, Brandon Larsen: blarsen@eaglemountain.gov
All interested parties are invited to attend and provide comment. Written comments may also be submitted prior to the hearing to the City Recorder at recorder@eaglemountain.gov. or online using the Public Comment Form. Materials for public hearing items may be viewed within three days of the meeting on the City website and at the Eagle Mountain City Recorder's Office, 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, UT, during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
