- Reports/Updates on Parks (Rod Elwood - Parks Division Manager)
- Reports and Update on Recreation programs and events (Chad Wright - Recreation Director)
1. Call to Order and Roll Call (President or Acting President)
a. Recognize City Council, Mayor, and other public officials if present
2. Approval of Minutes and Agenda (President or Acting President)
3. Public Comment Period1 (President or Acting President)
4. Action items review (Sara Anderson or Kaitlin Madsen)
5. Indoor recreation feasibility study market research summary, including county wide data collected and recommendations summary presented to the Cache County steering committee for consideration (Presented by VCBO) (Wellsville City Situation - Curtis Snelgrove). Discussion and Consideration of a path forward and support from VCBO: discussion to include members of the Nibley steering committee and Parks and Recreation Committee (President or Acting President- Lead additional Discussion)
6. Discussion and consideration of recreation and election season: Exploring if and how Recreation (including indoor recreation) could or should be a political discussion point for candidates and constituents inside and outside of Nibley. Including appropriate action steps for committee members. (President or Acting President- Lead additional Discussion)
7. Committee member reports: community/public official interaction regarding Parks and Recreation and or other reports. (President or Acting President)
8. Discussion and Consideration: of action items, assignments moving forward (President or Acting President)
9. Next meeting will be Oct 22nd (Wed) the following meeting will be Nov 19th (Wed) to avoid Thanksgiving, Dec 8th Christmas Dinner Party.

1 Public input is welcomed at all Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee Meetings. 15 minutes have been allotted to receive verbal public comment. Verbal comments shall be limited to 3 minutes per person. A sign-up sheet is available at the entrance of the meeting, starting 15 minutes prior to each committee meeting and at the facilitators table for the duration of the public comment period. Commenters shall identify themselves by name and address on the comment form and or verbally for inclusion in the record. Comment will be taken in the order shown on the sign-up sheet. Written comment will also be accepted and entered into the record for the meeting if received prior to the conclusion of the meeting. Comments determined by the presiding officer to be in violation of Committee meeting rules shall be ruled out of order.
