Approve minutes from previous meeting - Action Item 3. School News and Updates: Mrs. McCormick Consistent academic expectations for each classroom Focusing on how to make both teachers and students successful (Assessment Project, Instructional Strategies) Capti-Assess Scores - Paula Carlson Performance Matters Scores - Laci McCormick Parent/Teacher Conferences - Quarterly PBIS drawings - 4. Rules of Order and Procedure Items Academic Data and Intervention Process School Report Card - School Report Card Data Gateway - Data from this year (above). - ELL students - Practice WIDA - Ivonne Alvarado - Possible budget item for next year to help ELL students. - Accelerated classes - Feedback? - Science - Allocated more funds for overnight trips and field trips. - ELL funding - February WIDA Test - Results come in May. Next steps? - Reading - New reading program - textbook with online resources 6-8 grades last year. Pilot program for 5th grade along with elementary grades this year. - Coding week. Current Budget Standings - Trustlands Budget Proposal Employee Training - $3K left Digital Programs - $4k left, Yellowstone Trip - Costs have gone up a lot. It's a lot more expensive than previous years. Parents may have to contribute some money toward the trip. $100 per student Items for next month to begin considering TSSA (TSSP Plan) - Intervention time -WIN Time going well. How can we improve? - Peer tutoring - Using some 8th grade students - Supporting class size with elective teachers. - PBIS - Rewards and incentives Amendments for current Trustlands plan - Based on the budget discussion above. Amendments for this year? Please bring ideas next month for next year's plan. 5. Action Item: Adjourn Meeting
