NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS TIMPANOGOS SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT 2025 AMENDED TENTATIVE BUDGETS AND 2026 TENTATIVE BUDGETS The Timpanogos Special Service District (the District) will hold budget-related public hearings on Thursday, October 16, 2025, at 6:00 p.m., in the conference room of the District Administration Building located at 6400 North 5050 West, Utah County, Utah. The District provides wastewater treatment for the cities of Alpine, American Fork, Cedar Hills, Highland, Lehi, Pleasant Grove, Saratoga Springs, and portions of Eagle Mountain, Draper City (southern portion of Suncrest) and Vineyard. The purpose of the public hearings is to receive public comment and consider the following: A. The 2025 Tentative Amended Operations and Maintenance Budget; B. The 2025 Tentative Amended Capital Budget; C. The 2026 Tentative Operations and Maintenance Budget; and D. The 2026 Tentative Capital Budget. A copy of the above-described budgets and related documentation will be available for review at the District Administration Building, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., beginning on or before Thursday, September 25, 2025, and thereafter until the time of the public hearing. Following the public hearings, the District Administrative Board (the 'Board') may adopt each or all of the mentioned budgets as final budgets. Alternatively, the Board may continue to review any of the tentative budgets, insert any new items, or increase or decrease items of expenditure that are the subject of consideration at the hearings. As required by law, this notice is provided as a 'Class A Notice' as follows: (a) publication on the District's portal within the Utah Public Notice Website; and (b) publication on the District's website. Said publications will occur on or before Thursday, September 25, 2025.
