Description/Agenda: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Wednesday, October 8, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. at the Grand County Clerk/Auditor's Office at 125 East Center Street, Moab, Utah, there will be a public demonstration of logic and accuracy testing of the Express Vote Terminal and DS 300 Tabulator to be used in the 2025 Municipal General Election & County Special Election. This notice is published in compliance with: Utah Code § 20A-4-104 - Counting ballots electronically -- Notice of testing tabulating equipment.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals with special needs requests wishing to attend public election demonstrations are encouraged to contact the County two (2) business days in advance of these events. Specific accommodations necessary to allow participation of disabled persons will be provided to the maximum extent possible. T.D.D.
