- CITY OF MOAB NOTICE OF TESTING OF VOTE TABULATING EQUIPMENT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. at the Grand County Clerk/Auditor's Office at 125 East Center Street, Moab, Utah, there will be a public demonstration of logic and accuracy testing of the Express Vote Terminal and DS 300 Tabulator to be used in the 2025 Municipal General Election & County Special Election. This notice is published in compliance with: - Utah Code ยง 20A-4-104 - Counting ballots electronically -- Notice of testing tabulating equipment. Dated this 23rd day of September 2025.
