Online Open Houses are hosted by the Planning Division as an opportunity for constituents to stay informed, review projects, and provide comments and questions. To attend, visit the project page for each item below.

Public Comments and Questions
We want to hear from you! Public comments and questions will be received within the public comment window. To submit a comment or question, contact the assigned planner via email or leave a voicemail. Your questions will be answered within a week after the comment window has ended.
During and following this comment period, the Planning Division will evaluate the proposal against the applicable zoning standards, taking into consideration public comments as they relate to the standards, and develop a recommendation for the Planning Commission.

The Project is seeking Design Review for the following modifications:
Building façade over 200' (proposed 288')
Reduced Ground Floor Active Use (75% required, 55% proposed)
Reduced Ground floor Glass (40% required, 30% proposed)
Building entrances every 40' (max. 78' between entrances)
Other modifications may arise throughout the review process.
