NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING AND
PUBLIC HEARING
AMENDING THE CONSOLIDATED FEE SCHEDULE
Notice is hereby given that the Heber City Council will hold a Special Meeting to host a Public Hearing on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the Heber City Administrative Building located at 75 North Main Street, Heber City, Utah, in the Council Chambers. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public input regarding the proposed amendment to the consolidated fee schedule. The proposed changes would amend the niche pricing at the Heber City Cemetery. The public is invited to attend in person or via the virtual meeting link found on the City's website: https://www.heberut.gov/256/Agendas-and-Minutes. Public comments can also be submitted in advance of the public hearing by email at ccpublic@heberut.gov. Text of the proposed consolidated fee schedule amendments are available for review by contacting the Heber City Recorder's Office at 435-657-7886.
