NOTICE OF MUNICIPAL GENERAL ELECTION
TOWN OF HIDEOUT, UTAH
Public notice is hereby given that the Town of Hideout will hold a Municipal General Election on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, for the purpose of electing municipal officers.
Offices to be voted upon:
Mayor (4-year term)
Town Council (2 seats, 4-year terms)

Voter Information:
Ballots will be mailed beginning October 14, 2025 to all registered voters.

Eligibility to Vote:
The Municipal General Election is open to all full-time residents of Hideout who are registered to vote. A full-time resident is someone who lives in Hideout as their primary residence. Pursuant to Utah Code ยง 20A-2-101, eligible voters must:
Be a United States citizen
Be at least 18 years old on or before Election Day
Be a resident of Utah for at least 30 days immediately before the election
Not be a convicted felon whose right to vote has not been restored
