PUBLIC NOTICE; hereby given that the East Duchesne Culinary WID Board of Trustees will meet in a combined Working and Regular meetings on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, beginning at 7:00 PM at the East Duchesne Culinary WID Office in Duchesne, Utah, for the purpose of discussing the following:
- Welcome
- Public Comments
- Review of Invoices/Checks
- Discussion of 2026 Budget
- Closed Meeting - Strategy Sessions to Discuss:
1. Character, Professional Competence, Physical, Or Mental Health of an Individual.
2. Collective Bargaining.
3. Pending Or Reasonably Imminent Litigation.
4. The Purchase, Exchange, Sale, Or Lease of Real Property.
5. Deployment Of Security Personnel, Devices, Or Systems.
6. To Investigate Proceedings Regarding Allegations of Criminal Misconduct.
- Consideration to take action that was discussed under closed meeting.
