Pursuant to Utah Code Section 10-3-818, notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held in the Emigration Canyon Fire Station located at 5025 E. Emigration Canyon Road, Salt Lake City, UT 84108 during the City Council Meeting on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at 7:00 pm MST.
The purpose of the hearing is to discuss a proposed ordinance to enact a Municipal Energy Tax
At the date and time fixed for the public hearing all who appear will be given an opportunity to express their views on the subject above. Those who wish to attend and speak at the hearing may do so.
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the City of Emigration Canyon will make reasonable accommodations to participate in the hearing. Requests for assistance can be made by calling 385-377-9466 within three working days of the meeting.
