- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Eureka City Council will hold an Executive (Closed) Session on Monday, September 22, 2025. The Executive Session will begin at 5:15 pm, 15 North Church Street, Eureka, Utah 84628. Discussion Items: The purpose of the closed meeting is for the discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; strategy sessions to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation; strategy sessions to discuss the sale of real property; discussion regarding the deployment of security personnel, devices or systems.
