PUBLIC NOTICE The Grantsville City Planning Commission will hold a Regular Meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 2, 2025 at 429 East Main Street, Grantsville, UT 84029. The agenda is as follows: ROLL CALL PUBLIC HEARING a) Consideration of the Proposed Preliminary Plat Application for West Haven PUD subdivision. b) Consideration of the preliminary plat for Falcon Landing located in the R-1-21 and R-1-12 zoning. c) Consideration of the twin home dwelling layout located in Falcon Landing Subdivision. d) Recommendation of the proposed plat amendment for Cherry Wood Estates. e) Consideration of a proposed amendment to the Grantsville City Land Use and Management Code, specifically Chapters 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 21, 22, 23, 24, and 25. f) Consideration of a proposed amendment to the Grantsville City Land Use and Management Code, Chapter 20 Sign Regulations. Consideration of the Proposed Preliminary Plat Application for West Haven PUD Subdivision. 3. Discussion of the proposed rezone, and General Plan Amendment for the 5 Center Minor Subdivision. 4. Consideration of the twin home dwelling layout located in the Falcon Landing Subdivision. 5. Consideration of the preliminary plat for Falcon Landing located in the R-1-21 and R-1-12 zoning. 6. Consideration of a proposed amendment to the Grantsville City Land Use and Management Code, specifically Chapters 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 21, 22, 23, 24, and 25. 7. Consideration of a proposed amendment to the Grantsville City Land Use and Management Code, Chapter 20 Sign Regulations. 8. Consideration of a proposed amendment to the Planning Commission meeting schedule, changing the regular meetings from the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month to the 1st and 3rd Tuesday for November and December 2025. 9. Approval of minutes from the September 4, 2025 Planning Commission Regular Meeting. 10. Report from Zoning Administrator 11. Open Forum for Planning Commissioners. 12. Report from City Council. 13. Adjourn.
