The Oakley City Planning Commission
will hold a public hearing and take possible action:
Wednesday, October 1, 2025 at 6:00 p.m.
Anchor location at: 960 W. Center Street

The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment and take possible action regarding a proposed conditional use permit at 5645 N Starr Lane.
Proposed use includes a 2560 sq ft garage. Garage is 80'x32'. Location of garage is northern end of property with the long side running East and West.
Allowable use with a Conditional Use Permit in the A5 zone per Oakley City Code 13-4-19
Applicant is Richard and Alisa Quist.
