Description/Agenda: Boulder Town, Utah Notice of Ordinance Adoption Ordinance No. 2025-6 AN ORDINANCE TO MODIFY CHAPTER 111: ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES Adopted September 16, 2025 Ordinance No. 2025-6, adopted by the Town Council of Boulder, Utah, on September 16, 2025, modifies Chapter 111: Alcoholic Beverages. The purpose of the ordinance is to increase the number of alcoholic beverage licenses allowed in town. To achieve this, the ordinance repeals Chapters 111.11 (Restrictions) and 111.21 (Additional Requirements for Licenses) in their entirety, effective immediately. A digital copy of the ordinance is available in the 'Documents' section on the Boulder Town website, specifically under 'Ordinances.' Until the codification process is finalized, the digital copy will be linked at the bottom of the page. A physical copy of the ordinance and the Certificate of Ordinance Passage are at the Boulder Town Office.
