Milford City is seeking an individual to serve on the Board of Adjustments.
The Board of Adjustments is a board that hears and decides requests for zoning variances, appeals of zoning decisions, and other land-use matters as allowed under City Ordinance and Utah State Code.
The Board ensures that decisions are fair and consistent with City regulations while also considering unique property circumstances.
This board meets on an as-needed basis, typically 1-2 times per year.
This position requires that all members be a resident of the city.
