NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH Pursuant to §52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ( The agenda may be accelerated, or line items may be discussed in any order.) 1. CALL TO ORDER 2. OPENING REMARKS 3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE by invitation 4. ROLL CALL 5. APPOINTMENTS - Appoint Austin Ozzelli and Phoenix Aguilar-Vega to serve on the Library Board. 6. BUSINESS a. Public Hearing to receive comments on the proposed annexation filed by Lance and Mandy Larsen and Justin and Jamie Jepson for property located at approximately 319 East 1030 North. b. Consider awarding the bid on the Richfield City CPF Culinary Water Improvements project to the apparent low bidder, KB Construction, with a bid of $824,550. c. Alexa Wilson to present SITLA's proposal for a Missing Middle Development for property located in the southeast at approximately 100 East and 600 South and 700 South to 1000 South and 200 East to 300 East. (parcels 1-8-90, 1-8-101, 1-8-99, 1-8-98, and 1-8-102) 7. OTHER BUSINESS 8. ADJOURNMENT
