ACTION: Highland City General Plan Update, Presentation of Draft General Plan Amendment (Legislative) Rob Patterson, City Attorney/Planning & Zoning Administrator, Jay Baughman, Assistant City Administrator/Community Development Director The Planning Commission will receive and begin review of the draft comprehensive update and amendment to Highland City's General Plan.
