- Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that on Thursday, October 2nd, 2025 at 7:00 P.M. the Blanding Planning Commission will hold the following public hearing: Updates to the R-1 Zone. These updates are for the support of responsible growth in the R-1 zone. Changes include: Decreases of minimum lot sizes, changes in setbacks and building sizes, updates to accessory uses to allow for Accessory Dwelling Units, plus other minor changes. Said hearing will be held in the Council Room at 50 West 100 South. Email comments may be sent in advance to bmuhlestein@blanding-ut.gov.
