NOTICE OF THE MUNICIPAL GENERAL ELECTION ON
TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 4, 2025.
The following offices are to be voted on for Harrisville City:
HARRISVILLE CITY MAYOR (4-YEAR-TERM) - ONE SEAT AVAILABLE
The following individuals have declared candidate and will appear on the ballot:
Roger W. Shuman
Michelle Tait
CITY COUNCIL MEMBER (4-YEAR-TERM) - TWO SEATS AVAILABLE
The following individuals have declared candidacy and will appear on the ballot:
Brenda Nelson
Greg Montgomery
Steven Wayne Hempel
Jason Hadley
VOTERS: Voters must be citizens of the United States; residents of the voting precinct in which they are voting; and 18 years old or older by the date of the General Election in order to participate.
VOTING:
Vote-by Mail election. All eligible voters will receive a ballot by mail approximately three weeks prior to Election Day.
- Ballot Drop Box Locations can be found at https://www.weberelections.gov/. Ballot Drop Boxes are available at all of these locations and are available 24/7 until 8 p.m. on Election Day.
- Polling Locations can be found at https://www.weberelections.gov/. Polling Locations will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Election Day for any voter in Weber County to return their ballots or vote in person.
- Accommodations are available for voters with disabilities. Please call 801-399-8034 for more information.
- Early Voting will be held at the Weber Center Basement Vote Center, 2380 Washington Blvd Ogden. October 28th - October 31st from Noon - 6 PM.

The foregoing public notice was posted in accordance with Utah Code Annotated noticing requirements and can be viewed at City Hall, on the City's website harrisvillecity.gov, and at the Utah Public Notice Website at http://pmn.utah.gov. Notice of this meeting has also been duly provided as required by law.
