PUBLIC NOTICE
Sample Ballot Available for Public Inspection
(Pursuant to Utah Code § 20A-5-405 and § 63G-30-102)
Notice is hereby given that official sample ballot for the Town of Apple Valley for the upcoming General Election to be held on November 4, 2025 are available for public inspection. This sample ballot is in the same form as the official ballot and contain the same information as the official ballot.
Copies of the sample ballots may be obtained from the following sources:
- Town of Apple Valley Office at 1777 N Meadowlark Dr
- www.applevalleyut.gov
- Utah Public Notice Website (PMN) at pmn.utah.gov
- Copy to each candidate, the Lieutenant Governors' office and Washington County Elections
This notice will be posted for at least seven (7) calendar days prior to November 4, 2025 in accordance with statute.
