SALT LAKE CITY CORPORATION NOTICE OF SAMPLE BALLOT FOR THE 2025 MUNICIPAL GENERAL ELECTION PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, per Utah Code §20A-5-405, that the following pages are the sample ballot for the 2025 Salt Lake City Municipal General Election. Candidates are listed in order according to the master ballot position list established by the Lt. Governor, Utah Code §20A-6-305. Ballots will begin to be distributed to voters via USPS on October 14, 2025. Election Day will be November 4, 2025. Ranked Choice Voting Instructions: To rank your candidates, fill in the oval next to their name: In the 1st column for your first-choice candidate. In the 2nd column for your second-choice candidate, and so on. Do not fill in more than one oval: In a column. For a candidate. You can rank as many candidates as you like, and you are not required to rank all candidates. Residents with additional questions about their ballot may contact the Salt Lake County Clerk's Division of Elections at www.slco.vote, 2001 S State Street, #S1-200, Salt Lake City, UT 84114, (385) 468-7400, vote@saltlakecounty.gov.
