NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The Cedar City Council will hold a public hearing during its October 8, 2025, City Council Work Meeting to consider an ordinance vacating a public utility easement located at approximately 1600 South and Hidden Canyon Road. The City Council meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. and be held in the City Council Chambers located at 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. The public is encouraged to attend. The Cedar City Council will hold a public hearing during its October 8, 2025, City Council Work Meeting to consider an ordinance amending a deferral (development) agreement further delaying the installation of public improvements for a property located at approximately 93 East 900 North. The City Council meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. and be held in the City Council Chambers located at 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. The public is encouraged to attend.
