- Public Meeting Concerning the LISTs OF UNCLAIMED RIGHTS OF RECORD FOR THE Southeastern Colorado river drainage, San Juan RIVER DIVISION, eastland SUBDIVISION (area no. 09, book 3) Who: Water Users within the Eastland Subdivision When: October 2nd, 2025, 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Where: San Juan County Commission Chambers 117 South Main Monticello, UT 84535 A livestream of the public meeting will also be available on-line under the meetings tab at the following link: http://www.waterrights.utah.gov/publicmeetings Purpose: The State Engineer has prepared the List of Unclaimed Rights of Record for the Eastland Subdivision (09-3) in the Southeastern Colorado River General Adjudication (pursuant to Utah Code ยง 73-4-9.5). The List of Unclaimed Rights is available electronically in PDF format on the Division of Water Rights website at the following address: http://www.waterrights.utah.gov/pdbooks/EastlandLUR In light of the publication of the List of Unclaimed Rights of Record, the public is invited to a public meeting. Representatives from the Division of Water Rights will be available during this time to review the adjudication process, discuss the list of unclaimed rights within the area, and answer questions. If individuals cannot attend, but have questions regarding the adjudication process or water rights within the Eastland areas, please contact Division of Water Rights at 801-538-5282.
