- September 18, 2025 Attention: Public Hearing Notice Contact Person: Cache Hancey, Senior Planner 707 E Mill Road Unit 202 Vineyard, UT 84059 (801) 226-1929 NOTICE is hereby given regarding a public hearing before the Vineyard Planning Commission on October 1, 2025 at 6 pm and City Council on October 8, 2025 at 6 pm located at 125 S. Main Street, Vineyard, Utah 84059, for proposed amendments to the Vineyard Special Purpose Zoning District 3.08 Uses and 3.10 Building Standards. The proposed amendment will allow for district energy facilities within the Downtown Vineyard (Town Center) Zoning District. Public comments, questions, and requests for copies of application materials are encouraged to be emailed to Cache Hancey at cacheh@vineyardutah.gov prior to the meeting. I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Public Hearing Notice was posted at the Vineyard City Offices, the Vineyard City website, posted on the Utah Public Notice website, and delivered to surrounding entities.
