Description/Agenda: HONEYVILLE CITY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE OF INTENT CREATE AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING AN AGRICULTURAL PROTECTION AREA, ADVISORY BOARD AND ADOPTING PROCEDURES. Notice is hereby given that Public Hearings will be held before the Honeyville Planning Commission on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. or shortly thereafter in the Honeyville City Hall located at 2635 W. 6980 N. Honeyville, UT. The purpose of this hearing is to take public comments on the proposed intent to make create an Ordinance establishing an Agricultural Protection Area, Advisory Board and Adopting Procedures. This Public Meeting will be held IN-PERSON at Honeyville City Hall.
