TOWN OF RUSH VALLEY
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Rush Valley Planning & Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing at the Rush Valley Town Hall, 52 South Park Street, Rush Valley, Utah at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, to receive public input regarding the following:
Consideration of a Variance for Vance & Betty Sagers Trust - Request for a lot line adjustment involving parcels 01-283-0-0038, 01-306-0-0020, and 01-306-0-0018, located in Rush Valley, Utah. The proposed adjustment would create two buildable lots of 5.64 acres each and leave one remaining non-buildable lot with access.
All interested persons are invited to attend and provide comment upon this application. Written comments will also be considered if submitted to the Town Clerk/Recorder at least three (3) days prior to the hearing. Comments can be sent to townofrv@gmail.com.
