Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OF CENTRAL DAVIS SEWER DISTRICT BOARD OF TRUSTEES 2025 ELECTION Pursuant of the provisions of Utah Code Annotated § 20A-1-206, Central Davis Sewer District, Kaysville, Utah, hereby gives notice that on September 11, 2025, The Board of Trustees passed and approved Resolution No. 2025-9-01, a resolution cancelling the November 4, 2025 General Election and declaring each unopposed candidate elected to office. CANDIDATES DECLARED ELECTED TO THE OFFICE OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES: Susan T. Holmes Mark D. Johnson Michael B. Roueche
