Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF KAYSVILLE CITY ORDINANCE ADOPTION On September 4, 2025, the Kaysville City Council approved Ordinance No. 25-09-01, amending Section 12-3-3 'Sale of Burial Rights' of the Kaysville City Code and the FY26 Consolidated Fee Schedule. The amendment allows non-residents to purchase at-need burial plots and establishes the fee for such circumstances. The complete ordinance is available for review at the Kaysville City Recorder's Office and online at www.kaysville.gov. Published this 17th day of September, 2025.
