Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to the provisions of Utah Code Title (73-10-31) annotated the Board of Trustees of Maeser Water Improvement District will conduct a public hearing at 1:00 P.M. October 2nd, 2025 at the District office located at 1063n 2500w Vernal Utah. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a resolution adopting a water conservation plan, resolution # 25275 the conservation plan is available for inspection on the district's web site at maeserwater.gov and at the district office from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm Tuesdays Wednesdays and Thursdays. Written comment will be accepted up to the start of the public hearing.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): Maeser District office spaces are equipped for persons with disabilities. Anyone needing special assistance should contact office staff at 789-2353 prior to the meeting.
