Notice is hereby given that the Duchesne County Planning Commission will meet at 5:00 p.m. at
the County Commission Chambers, 734 North Center Street, Duchesne, Utah , on October 1,
2025, to conduct a public hearing on a request by Gordon Moon for a conditional use permit to
operate a gravel pit on Parcels 00-0034-9994, 00-0034-9793 and 00-0027-8337, south of the
Bridgeland area off of Antelope Canyon Road.
