a. Continued discussion on proposal to partner with the University of Utah Body Donor Program, and request for approval to conduct this training at the UFA Magna Fire Training Facility.

e. Possible need for dissolution of Salt Lake Urban Search & Rescue non-profit. Anticipatory, pending federal agency funding review/status, actionable items, effects at task force and sponsoring agency. Utah Code, equipment, employees, timing and rescission

10. Possible Closed Session:
The Board may consider a motion to enter Closed Session. A closed meeting described under Utah Code Section 52-4-205 may be held for specific purposes including, but not limited to:
