Description/Agenda: Public Notice Heber City Ordinance Adoption Notice is hereby given that during the Regular City Council Meeting held September 16, 2025, the Heber City Council adopted Ordinance 2025-24. The ordinance removed the permission of home-renter accounts for utilities, allowing property owners to be the sole utility account holder. Voting Yes: Council Members Cheatwood, Johnston, Ostergaard, and Phillips. Voting No: none. Council Member Barney was absent. The motion passed 4-0.
