The Ogden City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on October 1, 2025, at 5:00 pm in the City Council Chambers, 3rd Floor, Ogden Municipal Building, 2549 Washington Blvd., in Ogden, Utah to consider the following:
1. Ogden General Plan Water Element
2. Zone Change from R-4 to R-5 at 211 Patterson St.
The proposal may be viewed at the Ogden Municipal Building, 2549 Washington Boulevard, during regular business hours, or on the city's website planningnotices.ogdencity.com. Anyone wishing to comment on the proposals may speak at the hearing. This meeting will also be held electronically.
